Otter Lake Park offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs. PLEASE DO NOT POST DATE ANY PAYMENTS - THESE WILL BE RETURNED IF WE CAN'T DEPOSIT THEM ON THE DATE THEY ARE RECEIVED.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your bill stub or with your account number on your check. To avoid late fees, please allow plenty of time for us to receive it as we do not go by postmark on the envelope.
Payment Drop-off Location with After-Hours Drop
You may pay your bill in person at our billing office address at 6475 W Montgomery Road in Virden or at the bait shop address at 13671 Emmerson Airline Road in Girard. We accept cash, check, or credit/debit cards at either location, however there is a fee to process credit/debit cards at the Virden office or through the customer portal.
Bank Account AutoPay
With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account on the 3rd of the month or next business day if we are closed. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up AutoPay, simply call or stop by our office to get an authorization form or print the form at the bottom of the page. (Please note that this service can't be started in the middle of a billing cycle so make sure current balances are paid.)
Customer Portal & Customer Portal AutoPay
You can pay your electric bill through our website as a registered or non-registered user with a credit or debit card only. You are able to save multiple payment options and even setup an Auto Pay for any withdrawal date you want. There is a fee for all customer portal transactions (Minimum $1.00) (This is for electric payments only - DO NOT use this service to pay for your lot lease.)
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Please note that these Payments may take several days to post to the customer's account because the financial institution still has to mail the payment to our office. Please consult with your bank for more information.
