Bill Payment

Otter Lake Park offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

WE ARE CURRENTLY IN THE MIDDLE OF A SOFTWARE UPGRADE - THE CUSTOMER PORTAL IS UP AND AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT PAYMENTS. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO REGISTER FOR A NEW ACCOUNT AND MUST HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT# AND A NEW CID# AVAILABLE IN ORDER TO PAY YOUR BILL THROUGH THE PORTAL.  PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE FOR ASSISTANCE WITH THIS INFORMATION.


Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your bill stub. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

 

Payment Drop-off Location with After-Hours Drop

You may pay your bill in person at our billing office address at 6475 W Montgomery Road in Virden or at the bait shop address at 13671 Emmerson Airline Road in Girard.  We accept cash, check, or credit/debit cards at either location, however there is a fee to process credit/debit cards at the Virden office.

 

AutoPay

With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account to your utility account on the 3rd of the month or next business day if we are closed. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up AutoPay, simply call or stop by our office to get an authorization form.

 

Customer Portal

You can pay as a registered user on our website.  There are fees associated with this method of payment. (Minimum $1.00) (This is for electric payments only - DO NOT use this service to pay for your lot lease.)
