Fees

All Otter Lake Park fees pertaining to the recreational activites for the public and annual lease holders are found below in the "User Fees" document.  If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you.

Electric Billing

Monthly Minimum:
Electric Included w/ Minimum Bill:		 $9.90
$0.152 cents /kwh

Our campground electric meters are read each month. Campground lease holders are billed for each of the 9 months of the camping season (March 1st - November 30th) with the first bill mailed out April 6th.

Electric bills are mailed out on the 6th of the month and are due the following 5th of the month.  Any payment not paid by the 25th of the month will be subject to disconnection of service and the account will need to be paid in full with any late or reconnection fees prior to service being reinstated.

Annual Lot Lease Fee

$1,325 per camping season. 1st installment of $662.50 is due November 1st or when the lease is signed, whichever is later. 2nd installment of $662.50 is due May 1st.
A late fee of $15.00 per day is charged if payment is not received by the due date.
